I really _get_ what these guys were trying to say:

Has anyone actually read it, and understand the implictaions?

There's a very good reason I ask -- and I've alerted both of the
authors of this paper -- because, people are starting to actually
develop around this concept. And these guys weren't the first to think
of it, but they did a great job of encapsulating their thoughts.

Would love to hear comments on the issue.
