Something interesting about today's NIE report

The time zone on the NIE report that was released today is PST and not EST.
A bit odd.  Oh I see, the original Word document was sent via the Internet
to Adobe in California to be converted from a Word file to a PDF file using
the Adobe service at http://createpdf.adobe.com/.  Gee, is the CIA too cheap
to buy a copy of Adobe Acrobat?  I wonder if any classified CIA documents
have ever been sent to Adobe for conversion.  Enquirying minds would like to
know!
