The fair use tests as defined within the US copyright law likely render
such legal tricks ineffective (particularly see tests 3 and 4, and the
accompanying discussion):

In other countries, fair use laws vary, but it'd still be a frivolous
abuse of technicalities that probably won't hold water in a courtroom (but
don't sue me if it does).
