well unless you have packet logs at least, then its just a typed up
conversation.

faking im's isnt very hard, and i doubt the correct chain of posession
rules have been enforced for three years while these kids downloaded
mp3's onto the same hdd were observed.

while the im's arent valid evidence imo, the emails were scary enough
