So does this mean that S. Korea has the most zombies, or that N. Korea
doesnt have an Internet of their own and its easiest to tap into their
neighbor to the south when trying to disrupt E commerce/Testing out
their E warfare?

My guess: Since South Korea is quite ahead of most of the world
in high-speed residential broadband, these are just a bunch of
bots being used to "purify" the Internet:
