Now this is hilarious.  Scammers pretending to be going after scammers 
:-)  I was going to just forward it, but since the body was base64 MIME, 
I'll just paste a copy of the body (it's just plain text).  It was sent 
directly to our mail gateway (no obvious proxy):

Meanwhile, after the international peace talk summit between the United Nation {USA}, Nigeria, United Kingdom and other
