A federal jury in Phoenix, Arizona, has found two men guilty of two charges
of violating the US CAN-SPAM regulations, as well as other charges
including fraud and money laundering.

I was involved in this case because DoJ Child Exploitation and
Obscenity used the FTC spam database to get sample of the spam. There
originally were four defendants, two of whom pleaded guilty.

It was interesting to find out that one of the pleaders ran a website
for work at home mothers. To top it off, her claims on the website
that she had kids were false.
