The UK likely has more surveillance systems watching its citizens than any other country in the world. How effective will these systems be in finding out who was behind the failed London car bomb plot of last evening? Will there now be calls for even more systems? I'm particularily interested in seeing if the traffic conjestion cameras spotted in the bomb car as it came into London. Richard
