"Fine, but send it to the actual sending site (presumably to their
postmaster), not to the forgery victim!"

If they feel they have to send backscatter spam, I feel I have to
refuse it.  If they make it difficult to do that without refusing all
their mail, tough noogies.

Of course, until a substantial fraction of the net takes that sort of
stance, such misbehaviour will continue to be endemic. :(
