Even though possession of a sense of humour is a crime, I'm trying to divine where the incident had anything to do with "candid camera" as opposed to "an observant officer in the vicinity." Is there something which ties this story to CCTV abuse?
When I posted the link (about 10am BST) the story claimed the guy had been spotted on CCTV and then warned by 'wardens'. Looking again I see the BBC have updated it (11:45 BST) and removed all mention of CCTV.
