SECURITY MEASURES DELAY FIREFIGHTERS AT CAR DEALERSHIP
BLAZE

Fire crews trying to battle a blaze at a Winnipeg car dealership
Tuesday morning were stymied by security measures that made the fire
difficult to reach.

[P]umper trucks couldn't get to the building at first, because cars were parked in
the building's driveway as a security measure.

Meanwhile, firefighters found another way to the fire through a chain-link fence.
