IKEA prints customer ID and entire credit card number to receipts

The furniture retailer IKEA prints the entire credit card number and the customer ID number of its IKEA Card customers 
to cash receipts.

It appears that the card number has 16 digits, the exact name of the card is IKEA Handla and these cards are green.
