Illegal Surveillance of Americans Using Manipulative Electronic Devices

Directly below I list United States Patents of technology utilized to
clandestinely control human behavior and thought from a remote
location. (Made possible through GPS, Global Positioning type tracking
of humans, each person having a distinct electromagnetic emission that
is trackable via EMF technology - those distinct emissions we release
via the thought process are then decoded to listen to stream of
consciousness). [The new FISA bill illegally permits the use of
"electronic, mechanical, or OTHER", types of surveillance tools to
collect "information" for a 45 day period if one communicates with
someone outside the nation - all without a warrant - the "OTHER"
meaning possibly listening to our stream of consciousness *FROM INSIDE
OUR SKULLS* including as to husband and wife, business proprietary,
etc. Who voted for it, who did not? An initial attempt to legalize the
direct control over the human brain. Note: Congress may pass no law
which negates the requirements set forth in the supreme law of the
land, the US Constitution, without two thirds vote specifically
amending that highest law.]

A. Device used for the remote based acquisition and interception of
stream of consciousness through utilization of microwaves coupled with
device for remote speech translation of acquired data and
communications. U.S. Patent Nos. 3, 951, 134, and 6,011,991.

B. Head to head communication between persons and implantation of
words and thoughts: U.S. Patent No. 5,539,705 and 4,858,612. U.S.
Patent Nos. 6,011,991, 6,052,3336 and 3,951,134: permit that words can
be inserted into a person's head from a remote location, and without
their consent, in such a way that the individual believes that he or
she is talking or thinking to themselves (i.e., that words are their
own) and/or the language is understood by the victim as an inner voice
with loss of the directional quality of sound perception (i.e., forced
to listen to a communication from another person - inside your head
(e.g., NSA's Remote Neural Monitoring network sends encoded signals to
the brain's auditory cortex allowing audio communication direct to the
brain (bypassing the ears). US. Patent No. 5,270,800, 5,159,703 and
6,017,303. These patented technologies are used to plant subliminal
messages into a person's brain from a remote location without the
consent or knowledge of the person; can include arousal on any subject
matter the victim otherwise would not think about.

C. Device used to alter consciousness/change mood from a remote location:
U.S. Patent No. 5,123,899 (A person can be made to feel elated,
melancholy, angry, etc., all from a remote location and without their
consent via insertion of encoded microwaves).

Note. The above abilities are somewhat similar to the messaging
contained in radio waves for an ordinary AM/FM transistor radio which
can be heard in a speeding car -- think of the air full of microwaves
that are encoded with words coupled with the technological ability to
translate and decode from our very brain/skull, our (a) speech
creation and (b) speech reception centers which, when in operation,
let off a trackable electromagnetic emission.

Note. A, B, and C, above, can be simultaneously used on a victim. If
you hear a tinnitus, ringing sound in your skull, you are illegally
receiving encoded microwaves and will soon be having some form of
thought against your will. Political control of the individual is
implicated, loss of proprietary and financial information, sanctity of
home - husband and wife communications and activities.

Go to United States Patent Office website to locate the related patent
numbers to confirm existence of the approved and, therefore,
functional & working technologies and/or, conduct internet searches
using search query "Mind Control and US Patent". Note: just because a
device is patent approved does not mean it can be legally used (e.g.,
biochemical weapons or a patented bullet.)
