Problems accessing Xforce.iss.net occasionally?

It appears there are problems accessing the main page of ISS X-Force, i.e.
http://xforce.iss.net/
but only occasionally.
The site was not reachable some moments ago and there was problems (very short ones) earlier this week too.
Do you have similar experience?
