Hi,

The UPS Store in Washington, DC has two mail box locations on Pennsylvania
Avenue.  Here are the specific addresses:

   611 PENNSYLVANIA AVE SE   20003
   2020 PENNSYLVANIA AVE NW  20006

A lot of advocacy organizations have mail boxes at one of these two
locations in order to give outsiders the impression that they have a fancy
DC office.  Google can spot many of these posers with the following two
searches:

Particularly amusing are folks who call their mail box a "suite".
