This is a sad story. I suspect that the DAs office can probably can come up with the right charges to get back some of this guys stuff. Im also very interested to hear what Craigs List has to say about this situation. I guess they dont have human beings who vet their ad postings. Im pretty sure this is the second time this has happened.
