I thought this sounded like a definite "FunSec" topic:

CompuSat Provides Quantum Leap in DHS Information Sharing Chaos

http://www.newswiretoday.com/news/27874/

Just what we need. Another "single point of entry" to go with the other
ten that I need to log into for my "single view" of the world . . .

- From the press release, it looks like everyone is supposed to stop using
HSIN, HITRAC, NADB, CIPIS, SARS, LEO, RISSNET, CyberCop, WebEOC, AKO,
and DKO, and start using this system (as well as all the FEMA and Fusion
Centers, of course).

The only problem with all of these other systems is that they are
populated only by a portion of the people that we need to share
information with, and true information sharing doesn't happen because
some of the people we need to share with are NOT there, and some of the
people we don't want to share with ARE there.

I don't see how this fixes anything, but maybe I'm just naive.
