Oh well. There are some ccTLDs that offer domain registration for
something close to 1 USD per year. A few clicks suffice, and you're profitable. This will only get worse if the gTLD loophole is plugged. 8-( $1 is a lot of money compared to $0. These guys do this stuff in high volume. Believe it or not, the *majority* of domain registrations these days are for tasting purposes. (This is according to a recent ICANN report.) If they actually prevent monetization in the grace period it will put most of these guys out of business.
