Yes, that Wired headline is incorrect. "Bust" is Chapter 7. This is Chapter 11, which gives a company the breathing room to restructure its debt and financial situation. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It could be what saves ZD. Gotta say something I suppose. Ziff Davis Media (not to be confused with all the other companies that use "Ziff Davis" and "ZD" in their names) will file for chapter 11.
