My major heartburn was that they violated the "Principle
of Least Astonishment" -- meaning that they changed the layout
without any forewarning, and for the life of me, I simply can't
find some stuff anymore (e.g. the old "colleagues" link where
you could check to see what new members worked at the same
companies you have worked for in the past).
