As soon as I read that this monumentally idiotic project was going
forward, I bet a dollar (which is all that I ever bet) that one of the
first 10 messages sent through it will be bogus.

Given that there are currently dozens of .gov and .mil mail servers
spewing spam, I may be willing to cut that number to 5.
