On Monday, Security Fix contacted the Internet providers that manage more
than 90 percent of the company's connection to the larger Internet, sending them
information about badness at McColo as documented by the security industry.

Interesting.  Recently one address fell from about 300 spam per day down to about 
50.  Another went from roughly 150 down to about 20.  However, that was about 
two weeks ago, not Monday.

(Also, has been slowly climbing since.)
