Ongoing Samsung QA/QC problems...

Unless you've been living under a rock :-) you've most likely heard of the
Samsung digital picture frames that were recently shipped containing
malware:

While that sort of incident is not new by any means, it would appear that
Samsung continues to have ongoing problems with quality control/quality
assurance (QA/QC) issues with  their consumer electronics products:
