I know Weiss. He his probably the ultimate controls systems insider. He
has been pushing for control systems security longer than anyone I know.
He has great credibility. If he says there has been deaths caused by
control systems breaches, I would believe him. He is not someone that
tends to hype the situation. If anything, he is very understated.
