Vundo encrypting your files then making you pay

Not sure if you guys saw this one.  Pretty nasty... Vundo pushes
something that encrypts your files and then pushes something (FileFix
Pro 2009) that charges you to "recover" them.  I can't imagine my mother
NOT paying $50 to get all her documents back
