Okay, I admit I don't do Windows. However, I came across this today, and
it struck me as a real security nightmare. If I understand what it is
that Windows 7 is doing, it sounds like it is creating a P2P network of
users on a LAN, and using other user's cache to avoid off-LAN content
access.

This MAY (in some twisted way) make sense from a network perspective,
but please tell me how this is not a security disaster just waiting to
happen.
