And right there on their home page:

If you're a scammer, you've just gotta love that "Activate Your 10-Day
FREE DEMO" option!

But even at (presumably $US) $24.77/month for up to 294 minutes then
$0.084/minute (yes, 8.4c/minute) and at around one minute per call (I
tried it) it's not exactly prohibitive if the scammers were actually
paying for it with their own dosh...

At least articles 6.1 and 6.3 of their ToS would seem to allow for
rather speedy takedown by suitable complainers (Panda Global
Communications, LLC -- PGC -- is the parent company to TFF):

https://www.tollfreeforwarding.com/content/terms-and-conditions-
checkout.html

6.1 You agree to use the Service(s) provided you by PGC for legal
and legitimate purposes. Unlawful, improper and/or illegitimate
use may be defined by PGC or by any official government police
agency which notifies PGC of your unlawful use of the Service
        it provides to you.

6.3 You shall not use the Service provide you by PGC for
        transmitting obscene, fraudulent, harassing, infringing,
libelous or otherwise unethical content. Further, you shall not
use the Service for distributing junk mail, chain letters,
"spamming," telephonic solicitations of any kind or nature or
other such communications or content, regardless of whether or
not such content is solicited or unsolicited.

and article 6.7 provides for prompt action by PGC:

6.7 Should your use of the Service(s) provided you by PGC be deemed
of a fraudulent, unethical or otherwise prohibited nature, by
PGC, PGC reserves the right to immediately close your account,
terminate all Service to it and repossess and re-assign any and
all phone number(s) associated with said account, and deem
forfeit any remaining balance on your PGC account. PGC shall
not be held liable for any harm or loss you experience as a
        result of such actions.
