Re: US and Russia in Cyber Warfare Talks

A thought: We went from small private security firms to blackwater,
large enough to fight a conflict on it's own, in a few years.

How far are we off from commercial companies that are equipped and hired
to fight cyber offensives, suppress dissidents, squash political
opposition, regardless of nationality?
