As does bit.ly -- just add a "+" to the end of the URI...

And therein lies _yet another_ reason to detest URI shorteners -- there 
is no standard "preview mode" option.  In fact, it's much worse than 
that -- most are so gormlessly implemented that the folk behind them 
cannot even conceive that _having_ a preview option might even be an 
idea worth considering!

And to think some folk womnder why the Internet is so shite...
