From a quick read of the severely information deficient article, it
sounds as if that means either Intel has solved the Halting Problem or is moving it's CPU design to Harvard Architecture (or maybe both?)... Given they were working on this before the McAfee purchase _and_ Intel's CTO is quite dismissive of "signature based malware detection" (not to mention quite clearly very ill-informed about much of that), one has to wonder why they spent so much on a company whose main products are so squarely in the "signature-based malware detection" market segment. Left-hand -- this is your right-hand...
