You don't need a "smartphone" -- there are several online QR code image 
decoders.  If you grab the relevant image URL from that page, say:

   http://images0.cpcache.com/product/604089740v23_480x480_Front_Color-White.jpg

and submit it to, say:

   http://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx

you'll be told:

   Raw text      QR codes are really useful for hiding stuff you don't want other people to know!
