Honeypot legal cases? request

Hi again honeypot group;
It would be helpful if I can ascertain if there have been any "honeypot
cases" that have run through the legal system, gone to court, published, or
unpublished opinions or testimony, etc. 
I have enuf of legal commentary , for example "Avoiding Sticky Legal
Traps." and a some commentary on legal matters from various technical-type
papers, write-ups. Has anyone found where the honeypot issue as been
presented in court?
ALso, here is a side question....Could a honeyFARM have an "owner?" (for
example, so that the an exception such as the ECPA which specifies that an
owner may refer to law enforcement in order that the LE may apply for a
wiretap,etc.etc...not saying that the hp is a tap, but that in some
instance the honeyfarm would move toward prosecution...)
ANy exploration into this would be helpful.
