current snort-inline rules

Does anybody know a location where I can get some
current snort-inline rules in a some type of tarball?

If no one knows of a location, could somebody be more
specific on converting snort rules to snort-inline
rules.  

To my understanding, within each rule do we need to
change the alert to drop (if that is what we want).

Is that it?  Anything else we need to do.

I'd really appreciate it.
