Update...

Dries Verachtert, one of the maintainers/contributors of/to the DAG
yum Repo posted a fix to the perl-Net-Whois-IP rpm. So a:

'yum update perl-Net-Whois-IP' (or just 'yum update' to update
everything)

should fix the problem too.

All,

The latest available version of the perl-Net-Whois-IP RPM from the
DAG repo (which we point to) creates the dir for the IP.pm, module
with modes: root:root 0700 therby allowing only root to access the
IP.pm module and therby breaking the login process to Walleye.

Quick fix: login via CLI (SSH) and do change the dir perms like
this..

chmod 0755 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/Net/Whois

I sent a message to the package maintainer... To see if we can
get
it changed for future versions... otherwise I'll have another RPM
to maintain :)

Hope everyone has a nice weekend!

   Whats up all!

I'm continually getting this error after running yum once on
the
roo after install. I have the roo running and it's picked up a
TON
of junk in 12 hours... 7 bots and 1 real-human session on a 32IP
public segment.

When logging into walleye and clicking on any IP, Port, or
Connection number I get this: WTF?

Software error:
