Any info on fz-sniff?

I've got a friend who's been hit with "fz-sniff" according to netstat.
Can anyone shed some light on this?  The only info I've been able to
uncover so far is from a Swedish newsgroup, and I'm not conversant in
the language.  I'd suppose it's a sniffer, but I'd like a bit more info.
