I (my mailserver) have received in the last 24 hours over 12000 e-mails from this guy at cable31-080.gte.net[24.96.60.80] I already tryed to contact gte.net over abuse () gte net and asked them to investigate this but i didn't get any answer.
install some filters. on your MTA and on your routers.
It is realy becoming a problem since this large ammount of e-mails is slowing down my mailserver and some of my 7000 user are getting a little bit pissed off.....
i bet. can you filter traffic? at the upstream? if you have that many accounts you should have a cozy relationship with your upstream. see if a filter can be put in place. good luck ____________________________ jose nazario jose () cwru edu PGP: 89 B0 81 DA 5B FD 7E 00 99 C3 B2 CD 48 A0 07 80 PGP key ID 0xFD37F4E5 (pgp.mit.edu)
