I occasionally get bombarded by them.  Most recently, they took about
four days to go port-by-port over one of my hosts (and getting
themselves locked out at every step by portsentry).  They've said twice
now "We'll remove your host" but apparently haven't done so.  Their ISP,
energis-squared.com, is rude and unhelpful.  Does anyone else have a
problem with them?  A way to contact someone who actually *will* remove
a given host?  Etc.?
