according to http://www.security-gui.de/portlist.php tcp 1033 NetSpy (Trojan) And maybe according to http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/vuln-dev/2000-q3/0364.html port 1033 TCP connect is causing Firewall-1 on NT to go 100% cpu usage. It could be an attempt to Kill all your CheckPoint FW-1's on NT , If you have any.
