Incoming New Moderator...

Hello list. 

I am leaving Symantec, and with it, I am leaving the moderation duties of the incidents list behind as well.

Two new moderators will be sharing the duties from this point forward, both are threat analysts in Symantec as has 
always been the case for this particular mailing list. 

Jesse Gough and Josh Talbot are your new keepers of order. They will post an introduction email I am sure.
