In Japan, NTT(one of national telecom oerating companies) provides many
services and ISDN products since 1987.
The best selling product is ISDN "Karaoke" System for pubs or "Karaoke"
Playing Boxes.  As of the end of this June, more than 6,000 ISDN
"Karaoke"System were installed.
Another application is ISDN POS terminals for Seven Eleven group.
