GATT Text -- 900,000 bytes

This is an Auto Reply that explains how to obtain the GATT text
on-line.  We have disabled the feature that automatically sends an 800K
file via email, because many Internet sites will not handle files over
22K in size.


These are instructions for obtaining the Uruguay Round text and the U.S.
implementing legislation.


1. Gopher

2. World Wide Web/Mosaic

3. Anonymous FTP:


Use Anonymous FTP to connect to <ftp.igc.apc.org>.  Type "cd pub/TRADE"
(note the correct capitalization) to change to the TRADE directory.
Retrieve the file "gatt-text" using "get gatt-text".
