The address is http://www.mpt.go.jp/ In its offering, the Ministry is making available a range of image and text information in English, including a chart of the ministry's organization, the "MPT News" newsletter (which is published every two weeks), a May 1994 report from the Telecommunications Council entitled "Toward the Intellectually Creative Society of the 21st Century," and the 1994 Communications White Paper.
