This might be of interest for interesting people if you don't already
have it from some other source.


The Australian Prime Minister yesterday launched the Final Report of
the Broadband Services Expert Group charged with examining "the
technical, economic and commercial preconditions for the wide-spread
delivery of broadband services to homes, businesses and schools in
Australia...". When you were here last year they had published their
Interim Report and you met with the Secretariat to the group to discuss
it. There has been heavy media coverage of the launch and the content
of the Report.
