It details how anybody with Windows 95 and an IP address (hmmm, there might be one or two out there...) can crash a large range of network equipment (HP 3000, DEC Alpha, IBM RS/6000, LaserJet printers, Netware servers, Windows PCs, routers, etc), apparently across the entire Internet.
