He put up a selection of pictures he said he'd found on the Net, in montage, with blocks over what were supposed to be the genitals, for maximum shock effect. In each montage, he included the blue ribbon that stands for Free Speech Online, and said he did so to point out what the defenders of Freedom of Speech were supporting. wg
