Dave,  With pending Internet legislation to fine schools and libraries
$50,000 a day, small towns like ours (Van Alstyne, TX,  pop. 2249) will
pull the Internet plug in 2 microseconds!  Who can afford the risk?  Our
Librarian, with a Masters Degree, only makes $15,000 a year!  It's truly a
labor of love.  Bob
