I'm getting a popup error message that"QBDAgentfailed to initialize" when I start up windows. Does anyone know what this little beast is all about? I think it is the quickbooks deliveryagent, butcan't find anything in the books about what its problem is. I've tried removing it from the startup menu, but then the message is jus delayeduntilI actually start Quickbooks. Hope someone can help. Regards, SL
