Sharing Military Spectrum Can Be a Win-Win Deal
Michael Calabrese of the New America Foundation, a think tank in Washington 
D.C., argues that valuable spectrum should be taken from the military and 
auctioned off to the wireless industry. Calabrese supports placing auction 
revenue in a trust fund allocated solely for military improvements.
