IP: Don't Rush Stimulus, Greenspan and O'Neill Warn

Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan and Treasury Secretary Paul H. O'Neill said 
Thursday that despite what they expect to be a short-run decline in the 
U.S. economy, the government should not rush to attempt a stimulus.
