Not only that but if you try to make a reservation or try to get flight info you will find there is no one at the airlines to help (they fired thousands) and if you fly on AA don't expect to get fed. After all those 15B$s have to go to feed the execs at AA not the fare payers. Ever think of bringing greasy chicken and since there will be no napkins -- guess you will have to use the seat backs.
